A new immigrant can register with a health maintenance organization (HMO) immediately upon his arrival in Israel, in the bureaus of the Ministry of Integration at the airport.
The immigrant who didn't perform his registration at the Ministry of Integration, register with a HMO through any branch of Israel post.
After three weeks since the day of arrival in Israel, upon integration of the data from the Ministry of Interior at the National Insurance, the immigrant will be able to perform registration on the National Insurance website.
Please note that if the immigrant fails to perform a registration within 90 days of the day of immigration, the registration will only be performed at the branch of the National Insurance nearest his place of residence.
